Hayden has been the Sexton here at First Congregational since December of 2017. A Kalamazoo native, he has loved this city for a long time and hopes to keep his roots here for many years to come.
In addition to a love of tinkering, fixing, and building, Hayden has been a musician for 12 years and has spent most of that time playing music in church. Those experiences have taught him the value of a strong community in the Church.
Hayden married his wonderful wife, Emily, in the summer of 2018. They live together in Parkview Hills.
