  • Provides parents & caregivers of preschoolers an inviting space for the whole family to worship
  • Offers an ever-changing collection of quiet materials that connect to the scripture and worship themes each week
  • Is located directly in front of the pulpit so kids can see everything happening in worship, and participate as they are able
  • Is one of many ways we involve children in worship

Nursery

The Nursery is staffed every Sunday with two trained adults, and located on the basement level in a room designed especially for toddlers and babies. Parents and caregivers can check in kids at the Welcome Desk, and use the adjacent elevator to bring kids to the nursery.

There is a changing table in the all-genders bathroom near the Welcome Desk.

Elementary Kids

Kids in Elementary grades participate in calling the church to worship with bells and chimes, and they take other worship leadership on the third Sunday of every month. Shelves in the side aisles of the sanctuary hold clip boards with blank paper, and other materials to keep hands busy while participating in worship.

The “Art in Worship” magnet board is a great place to share art made during the service.

Youth

Middle School and High School youth participate in worship leadership on the third Sunday of every month. There are tools like Worship Bingo and blank paper available to help youth engage with the service.

Art by youth is also welcome on the “Art in Worship” magnet board.
